Scott R. Lambert, MD, is Professor of Pediatrics and Ophthalmology at Emory University, Atlanta, GA, USA. Since 1988 he has been Director of Pediatric Ophthalmology at the Emory Eye Clinic and Chief of Ophthalmology, Children¿s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston. Dr. Lambert has been Chairman of the Infant Aphakia Treatment Study since 2004. He is Chairman of the Pediatric Ophthalmic Technology Assessment Committee (OTAC), American Academy of Ophthalmology, and an Executive Committee member of the Pediatric Eye Diseases Investigator Group (PEDIG). Dr. Lambert is the recipient of a Senior Achievement Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a Senior Honor Award from the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (AAPOS) and is the author of 136 peer-reviewed publications.
