Beyond My Wildest Dreams is the inspirational story of heartbreak and hope. It's the story of the founding of a support and charitable organization on a mere one hundred dollars that has since grown to serve an entire region with more than $56 million in services. And it's the story of what is possible-even in the face of great adversity.After confronting his insecurities about raising a child with disabilities, author Ron Gibbens, along with his wife, Faye, realized their self-doubt was the least of their issues. The traditional school system separated their son, Mike, who has cerebral palsy, from his neighborhood friends, and the entire family faced financial difficulties because of Mike's medical needs.
