Every parent and teacher knows: A good story will make a great book! As an early childhood educator for the past twelve years, I have a lot of experience reading, telling and explaining lessons and main ideas of stories to young children. When I write a book I try to keep in mind what I want the child and parent to come away with at the end of the story. I have noticed that young children enjoy vibrant colors as well as seeing characters in situations that are realistic to their home and school environment. Great readers make wonderful writers!
When Sherry Crosby isn't reading, she's writing! As a veteran early childhood educator, she enjoys reading and writing books for children. Sherry has always loved stories. She lives with her husband and son in Greensboro, NC. She earned a B.S. in Child Development from North Carolina A&T State University.
