Joseph P. Daniels received his Ph.D. in International Finance and Trade from Indiana University in 1992 and has been a faculty member at Marquette University, USA, since that time. In 1997 he served as a FulbrightScholar in the international affairs program at the University of Toronto and continues as a member of the G8 and G20 Research Groups at the University of Toronto.
