The Medieval Roots of Antisemitism

This book presents a fresh approach to the question of the historical continuities and discontinuities of Jew-hatred with discussions of antisemitic phenomenon in the pre-modern and modern periods. Articles include analyses of blood libel, visual stereotypes, anti-Jewish violence, Christian and Muslim antisemitism, and antisemitism without Jews across the centuries.
