He was awarded the highest honor by theConstruction Specifications Institute (CSI) by being named anHonorary Member in recognition for his many decades of pioneeringwork on formats and practices for construction specificationswriting.Robert S. Weygant, CSI, CDT, SCIP, is owner of SumexDesign, a BIM consulting and development firm located in NewHampshire. He is focused on development of BIM components formanufactured products and systems while promoting the use of newinteroperability standards, the integral link between BIM andconstruction documentation.
