She received a Ph.D. in Agricultural andResources from the University of Maryland.Dale Squires is a Senior Scientist with NOAA Fisheries,Southwest Fisheries Science Center in La Jolla, California andAdjunct Professor Economics at the University of California SanDiego. He has worked with the Food and Agriculture Organization ofthe United Nations, OECD, and WorldFish Center, been a visitingprofessor or scientist in Europe, Australia, Canada, and Asia, andhas over 25 years of experience with developed and developingcountry fisheries in the U.S., Australia, Europe, and Asia.
